IT Support Specialist - help desk (Cincinnati, OH)

Nova Meadow Markets is a Cincinnati retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
