IT Support Specialist - help desk (Cincinnati, OH)

Silverline Vale Water Authority Partners supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Cincinnati and nearby communities, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
