IT Support Specialist - help desk (Cincinnati, OH)

Nova Pine Property Management is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 646 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
