IT Support Specialist - help desk (Cincinnati, OH)

Northwind Keystone Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Cincinnati presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
