IT Support Specialist - help desk (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Basin Health runs clinics and patient services around Cincinnati. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
