IT Support Specialist - help desk (Boise, ID)

Clearpath Meadow Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Boise, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a large organisation of about 928 people based in Boise. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
