IT Support Specialist - help desk (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood West Banking Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
