IT Support Specialist - help desk (Baltimore, MD)

Lumen Orchard Health Group is a healthcare provider in Baltimore with clinics and support teams, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
