IT Support Specialist - help desk (Atlanta, GA)

Ironwood Rook Markets is a Atlanta retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
