IT Support Specialist - help desk (Atlanta, GA)

Stonegate Oak Hospitality is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 326 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
