IT Support Specialist - help desk (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield Quarry Telecom Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
