IT Support Specialist - help desk (Atlanta, GA)

Greenridge Cross Foods is a Atlanta food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
