IT Support Specialist - help desk (Anchorage, AK)

Greenridge Corner Property Management Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
