IT Support Specialist - help desk (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Maple Construction is a Albuquerque contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
