IT Support Specialist - help desk (Albuquerque, NM)

Greenridge Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Albuquerque, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
