IT Support Specialist - district technology (Reno, NV)

Silverline Pike Learning Group runs a network of small private schools around Reno, with about 900 students and 120 staff. We are hiring a full-time IT support specialist to keep classrooms running. What you will do • Fix laptops, tablets, projectors and Wi-Fi problems, mostly during the school day. • Manage student and staff accounts, including start-of-year rollover. • Help us prepare for a technology audit by documenting devices and software licences. What we are looking for • Two years in IT support; school experience is a plus. • Good manner with teachers and children. Full-time, on site in Reno, following the school calendar.
