IT Support Specialist - device setup (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Northwind Hollow Energy and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
