IT Support Specialist - device setup (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Hollow Energy and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
