IT Support Specialist - device setup (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Basin Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Tulsa area. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
