IT Support Specialist - device setup (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Thistle Property Management and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
