IT Support Specialist - device setup (Tulsa, OK)

Amberfield Lakeside Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Tulsa focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
