IT Support Specialist - device setup (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Summit Pine Manufacturing and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
