IT Support Specialist - device setup (Tulsa, OK)

Amberfield Pine Community Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
