IT Support Specialist - device setup (Tulsa, OK)

Redstone Meridian Health Group is a healthcare provider in Tulsa with clinics and support teams, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
