IT Support Specialist - device setup (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Cobalt Construction is a Tulsa contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
