IT Support Specialist - device setup (Tucson, AZ)

Highbridge Vale Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Tucson supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
