IT Support Specialist - device setup (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Glen Hospitality is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
