IT Support Specialist - device setup (Toledo, OH)

Fernwood Linden Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Toledo with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
