IT Support Specialist - device setup (Toledo, OH)

Nova Rowan Health is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
