IT Support Specialist - device setup (Toledo, OH)

Bluepeak Loom Insurance Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
