IT Support Specialist - device setup (Toledo, OH)

Northwind Pine Community Partners is a nonprofit in Toledo supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
