IT Support Specialist - device setup (Tampa, FL)

Summit Oak Health provides primary and specialty care in Tampa, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
