IT Support Specialist - device setup (St. Louis, MO)

Nova Juniper Inspection Services is an inspection company in St. Louis with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
