IT Support Specialist - device setup (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Summit North Construction and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
