IT Support Specialist - device setup (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Glen Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around St. Louis. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
