IT Support Specialist - device setup (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Basin Banking Services is a community-focused bank in St. Louis serving households and small businesses, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
