IT Support Specialist - device setup (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ashton Banking Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 506 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
