IT Support Specialist - device setup (St. Louis, MO)

Cedar Cross Foods Group produces packaged foods at its St. Louis plant, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
