IT Support Specialist - device setup (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Bright Water Authority and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
