IT Support Specialist - device setup (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Cross Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around St. Louis. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
