IT Support Specialist - device setup (Spokane, WA)

Foxglove Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Spokane, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
