IT Support Specialist - device setup (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate Union Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Spokane, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
