IT Support Specialist - device setup (Spokane, WA)

Rivermark Stone Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Spokane area. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
