IT Support Specialist - device setup (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Rook Manufacturing and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
