IT Support Specialist - device setup (Savannah, GA)

Redstone River Markets Partners is a Savannah retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
