IT Support Specialist - device setup (Savannah, GA)

Greenridge Beacon Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Savannah plant, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
