IT Support Specialist - device setup (Savannah, GA)

Bluepeak Drift Health runs clinics and patient services around Savannah, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 402 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
