IT Support Specialist - device setup (Savannah, GA)

Stonegate Corner Construction Holdings is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
