IT Support Specialist - device setup (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Meadow Markets and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
