IT Support Specialist - device setup (Savannah, GA)

Nova Pike Construction is a Savannah contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
